Two salmons pâté ou terrine aux deux saumons




I tried that one this summer . I found it perfect for a light dinner with friends !

What you need for 6 persons:

600g fresh salmon,mixed
4 slice smoked salmon
5 eggs
300 ml fresh cream
tarragon, parsley, pepper

How to proceed:
1: Mix the fresh salmon with the eggs, parsley, tarragon, pepper and cream.

2: Put half of the mixture into a dish.

3: Put the slice of smoked salmon and cover with the rest of the mixture.

4: Cook 50 minutes at 190°C

5: Serve cold with a sauce (Cream, lemon, chives, salt and pepper)
