Time for Tartiflette !

When it's cold and snowy... there's nothing such as une bonne tartiflette ! And even if it isn't very snowy at the time... well it's cold.... and we love Tartiflette.... whatever the weather !... so Lisa may be you'll try that one !

what you need for 4 personnes :
1 reblochon fermier (it's a cheese... you found it everywhere...)
800g potatoes
2 onions
150g bacon
1 clove of garlic
15 cl cream
3 spoon of oil
salt and pepper

How to proceed:
1: peel the potatoes and boil 20 minutes in salted water. Peel the onions and glaze them in the oil with the bacon.

2: Heat the oven 180 °C. Rub the dish with the garlic. Slice the potatoes and glazed them 5 minutes with the onions and bacon. Add salt and pepper.

3: Put the whole in the dish. Add the Reblochon cut in two sideways, rind upwards. Cook 15 minutes

4: Then cut the crust and pour the cream. cook 5 minutes. Serve hot with a green salad and a Beaujolias village, blanc de Savoie !

Bon appétit !
